RECIPE: Storm Sommerville’s Super Smoothie

1 TBSP The Kefir Co’s coconut water kefir

2 pears

3 kiwifruit (fact: 5 x the Vitamin C than oranges, this fuzzy green powerhouse is also rich in vitamin A, K, E and B, potassium, copper, folate, and fiber)

1/2 Green matcha powder

3 cups home-made hazelnut milk

A handful of cashew nuts (vitamins E, K, and B6, along with minerals like copper, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron, and selenium, all of which are important for maintaining good bodily function)

1 TBSP Tahini (phosphorus, lecithin, magnesium, potassium and iron. It's a good source of Methionine, which aids in liver detoxification. It's one of the best sources of calcium out there. It's high in vitamin E and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B15

Karengo fronds (Pacific Harvest sources beautiful clean New Zealand seaweed. Karengo has heaps of minerals and iodine)

1 TBSP Just Kraut sauerkraut (Be Nourished)

Honey to taste


Stick everything into the blender and mix.


Top with 

Coconut yogurt and ground cacao nibs.
