CHOCOLATE GUT-LOVING POTS

This is a decadent dessert you can enjoy at any time of day. Containing rich cacao, nutrient-dense agar-agar, and our coconut water kefir, this is the most nourishing skin and gut-friendly treat!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp of raw cacao powder

  • 1 and 1/3 cups of coconut milk

  • 2 heaping tsp of agar-agar flakes

  • 1/16 tsp of salt

  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup, or to taste

  • 30ml of The Kefir Company coconut water kefir

Method:

  1. Measure the milk and pour into a pot. Add the agar-agar flakes, salt, cacao powder and maple syrup to the milk and bring to a boil.

  2. After it starts to boil, lower to a simmer until the agar flakes dissolve.

  3. Turn off the heat and leave the mixture for a few minutes to cool. Add the coconut water kefir to the cooled mixture and stir.

  4. Pour the mixture into small ramekins and then cover and place in the fridge.
