VIBRANT ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE BOWL
Nourish your gut with this delicious probiotic smoothie, which contains our restorative coconut water kefir and features fresh lime, ginger and antioxidant-rich raspberries.
RECIPE: Berry, Lime and Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients:
• 2 cups of homemade cashew milk (or milk of choice)
• 60ml of The Kefir Company coconut water kefir
• 2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup frozen berries of choice (I love raspberries in this)
• juice of 1 lime
• 1cm raw ginger, skin removed
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for one minute.
Serve with some homemade granola and chopped fruit if desired.
